Randomized clinical trials (*) on emotional and physical support during labor have demonstrated multiple benefits:
My approach as a doula?
I offer emotional support in addition to medical pregnancy monitoring, through individual or couple support sessions, at your home.
These listening sessions of 1.5 to 2 hours are an opportunity for you to express your emotions, share your needs , and any anxieties related to pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.
I also offer body support with the rebozo fabric as well as practical and logistical support by sharing resources adapted to your needs and giving you access to a network of perinatal professionals.

Emotional support
Listening and support sessions lasting 1.5 to 2 hours at your home.

Body support
Physical support using the Rebozo, including rocking, wrapping, massage and tightening treatments in pre- and postnatal care.

LOGISTICAL SUPPORT
Access to documentary resources (books, podcasts, audio...), a network of professionals (psychologists, lactation consultants, midwives, pediatricians, naturopaths...) and logistical support during the postpartum period.
