Service Description
The first days and weeks after birth are an intense time. As your doula, I am here to support you, listen attentively, and provide practical assistance so you can experience this postpartum period with greater peace and ease. Each session is tailored to your current needs and may include different types of support: 💛 A space for listening and sharing I offer you a space to express what you are feeling, without judgment and with unconditional listening. We can discuss your birth experience, your emotions, your doubts, or simply take the time to put words to what you are going through. 💛 Emotional and physical support I can support you in managing fatigue, stress, and the emotional fluctuations of the postpartum period. This may include relaxation techniques, breathing or centering exercises, as well as a light massage to soothe accumulated tension. 💛 Logistical support to ease your daily life If you feel the need, I can assist you with your daily routine: - Preparing a nutritious meal for you - Tidying or organizing a space to make it more functional - Assisting you with baby care (bathing, diaper changes, carrying, sleep) - Creating a more calming environment for your space - Watching over your baby for a while while you take some time for yourself (a shower, a nap, etc.) 💛 Support with breastfeeding or feeding your baby If you are breastfeeding, I can help you get comfortable, provide information, or refer you to specialists if needed. If you are bottle-feeding, we can discuss feeding schedules, sleep patterns, or establishing calming routines. 💛 Support in organizing your postpartum period Together, we can explore adjustments to your daily routine, the division of roles, the support network you can mobilize, and how to structure your days to make them gentler and less tiring. Each session is tailored to your needs and pace.
