Service Description

Perinatal bereavement, whether it occurs following a miscarriage, a medical termination of pregnancy, a stillbirth, or a loss a few days after birth, is a profoundly devastating experience; returning home without a baby is completely unimaginable. Every bereavement journey is unique, and as a doula, I offer you a safe space to share your emotions, be listened to without judgment, and find support through gentle and respectful guidance that respects your pace. ๐Ÿ’› Unconditional emotional support During this time when you may feel isolated or misunderstood, I strive to offer you compassionate and non-judgmental listening, where every emotion has its place. This is a time to welcome your experience, your words, or your silence, with gentleness and respect. ๐Ÿ’› Body-based support with Rebozos The body also bears the marks of grief. I can offer you a gentle rocking with a Rebozo, a supportive wrap, or a light tightening, depending on your needs at the moment, for you and/or your partner. ๐Ÿ’› A moment tailored to your journey Whether you are seeking words, silence, or gentleness, my support adapts to what you are feeling. There is no "right" way to grieve, and this session allows you to honor your experience and navigate this stage with greater support and gentleness. If needed, I can also refer you to other resources or specialized professionals for additional support.
