Breastfeeding is an intimate journey that can be a joyful experience, but can also raise doubts, questions, or strong emotions. I offer a supportive and caring space where you can be listened to, reassured, and supported throughout your breastfeeding journey, without judgment or pressure. 💛 A space for listening and emotional support Breastfeeding can be a time of great sensitivity, where the body and emotions are fully engaged. This session offers you time to share your feelings, express your joys, doubts, and difficulties, and be welcomed with gentleness and compassion. 💛 Informative and practical guidance My role is to provide you with guidance and concrete tools to help you make confident decisions. We can discuss topics such as: - Understanding your baby's rhythm and recognizing their signs of wakefulness and hunger - Learning about equipment (breast pump, breast shells, nipple shields, milk storage, etc.) - Breastfeeding and returning to work: expressing milk, building a supply, mixed feeding - Gentle weaning: supporting this transition calmly - The importance of support from your partner and family 💛 Support in addition to healthcare professionals I am neither a midwife nor a lactation consultant, so my support is complementary to medical care. If you experience difficulties requiring specialist advice (persistent pain, latching problems, poor weight gain in your baby, etc.), I can refer you to an IBCLC lactation consultant or another appropriate professional. This session is first and foremost a space for you, where you can receive support, information, and guidance to experience breastfeeding with greater confidence and peace of mind.
